GREETINGS FOR WEEK ONE FOR ON-LINE course, Fall 2015

As the Class Introduction notes, and as I mention in this new short Greetings for Week , I will create many newand new videos this term.

So if you find some contradictions, let me know right away.

Hello Everyone, Today we begin the first weeks of Nonwestern Literature, an exciting ride, and I welcome all of you.You have two videos here.

On one video I talk a bit about shopkeeping and devote the remainder of the time to this week's reading.  I will create a video for the latest new book for the course, The Complete Persepolis.

Feel free to read ahead in this gripping graphic of what happened in Iran before the 1979 revolution and the political turmoil that presently grips the country.

Take a look at How To Read a Graphic Novel.

I wish everyone an excellent start this term.

Go well, Bill
